When will I get my order?

Due to high demand, personality profile mugs will be shipped 3 to 5 days after your order is received. You can enable package tracking during checkout.

Due to COVID-19 and the increased volume of packages being delivered across the country for the holiday season, products may take one to two weeks longer than normal to arrive. 

What is your return policy?

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. Explain what the defect is and send a photo of the product via email. Return policies vary for each type of product and the policy in the product description will always be honored. Because each product is individually inspected before it is shipped to you, sometimes we will not be able to offer you a refund. However, please talk to our company's founder. We want every customer to feel valued and satisfied.
